A Standard gift gives access to just one of the languages offered by Babbel. The recipient will be able to select that language when redeeming the Babbel gift code.

A Premium gift gives access to all 14 Babbel languages:
Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, (Brazilian) Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish.

If the internet hasn't been working its magic and there's nothing in your inbox after 15 minutes, please check the following things:

1. That the email hasn't found its way into your spam folder.

2. That you're checking the right inbox:

- If you paid by card, the email will have been sent to the email address you entered when you made your purchase.

- If you chose the express option via PayPal, the email will have been sent to the email address to which your PayPal account is linked.

No, these do not auto-renew – you'll be making a one-time payment and access to the courses will expire automatically after the specified period of time. 

Does your gift recipient want to continue after that time? No problem. Just email support@babbel.com and we will get them set up.

Access to the courses starts when the recipient actually redeems the Babbel gift code. That means you can buy well in advance without worrying about the recipient losing any time spent on their language learning.

If your gift code isn’t being accepted, there are a couple things you should double check:

1. Babbel voucher codes are case sensitive. If your code includes capital letters, it’s important to type them in that way.
2. If you're copy-pasting the code, make sure you haven't accidentally included a space at the beginning or end – it's easy to do!
